We spent a lovely evening with Keaton, Tony, and Helene carving pumpkins and drinking wine.

Thanksgiving 2017:
We went out to Winchester, VA to spend Thanksgiving with my family and to go house hunting in Washington, DC. 
As part of hanging out with the family, my mom took us out to Long Branch to see the Blue Ridge Hunt set out on their Thanksgiving ride.
SO MANY DOGS!
They have very pretty horses.
There were snacks and hot beverages.
This horse is so shiny. That won't last long once they get going.
We had a good day with the family and ate lots of food.
We spent the weekend with our realtor, Mary, looking at houses in the Washington, DC area for our next duty station. By the end of the weekend we had seen some interesting houses and a few that looked good to us. So we put in an offer and it was accepted!
