We made it to Kingman, Arizona last night. We asked the hotel clerk what was the one thing worth seeing in Kingman. He laughed and said "nothing." It's a stop over town.
Today we drove. No leaving selfie. Oops.
Arizona looks scrubby.
Train! Southeast California has a lot of nothing in it.
And then we found Ireland.
I mean seriously, we went from scrub desert to rolling green hills.
We pulled into my house at 16:44. It was early enough that we unloaded the truck and had some wine to celebrate completing the Virginia to California portion of the road trip.
